No trouble on Win32 version. It opens default browser with the "C" help 
file.

For Linux : after installing yelp, rarian...
> yelp /usr/local/share/gnome/help/ekiga/C/ekiga.xml
Could not initialize gecko!

Using ekiga : Unable to open help file. Operation not supported
