Thierry, do you have other compilation errors?

Only one with trunk/head version of ffmpeg, x264, ptlib, opal :
there is a define missing in .../include/libavutil/common.h
#define UINT64_C(val) val ## ULL
I use a full trunk version for my tests.
It seems to me that H323 (with a polycom system) has bad performances (35kb/s, 4-15 fps)
