The problem, Julien, is that ekiga on windows does not use gtk files 
(manual installation), but a gtk installer 
(http://gtk-win.sourceforge.net), and the last version of this installer 
is 2.16.  Its author waits a bug to be fixed before updating its package.

Thanks to Thierry for packaging it for 2.20, still I would have 
preferred to use the "official" package.
