For libboost, I use one provided by Mickael Rickmann
I think the trouble is around PPlugin...(Opal)
I compiled and generate an exe (available at 
http://www.pateam.org/archive/tmp.ekiga-win32/trunk) the day before 
tomorrow version 365 with liboost warnings.
