FYI, I have just finished updating the NetBSD Package Collection [1] 
(pkgsrc) to the latest stable versions of ptlib-2.4.1, opal-3.4.1, and 
ekiga-3.0.0, and these will be part of the upcoming pkgsrc-2008Q3 release.
