Hi,

I must say that I do not understand at all the tooltip of Max bitrate in 
prefs->video>codecs:

"The maximum video bitrate in kbits/s. The video quality and the number 
of transmitted frames per second (depends on codec) will be dynamically 
adjusted above their minimum during calls to try to minimize the 
bandwidth to the given value."

- Is it the max bitrate or the average?
- Minimise the BW?!  Should the BW be minimised or just move it to the 
given value?
- BW (for a link or path) or throughput (for a flow)?
- Adjusted above their minimum -> can it ever be below their minimum?
