Indeed a big problem.
My way to get this the most right possible is to use a chroot
environment, like here:

i.e. I use a very minimal distro, thus dependancies are to be shown.
This doesn't solve the name of packages from all distros, but it should
help.
I can think of the "linuxFromScratch" way too, i.e. doing it from
sources only, bit it is very time consuming...
