ftp.ekiga.org does not exist and I can not give accounts to ekiga.org
(the machine is hosted at university).
What I suggest is that you setup your own home repository using the same
structure as on ekiga.org and I mirror from there...

Just ask for a write access, I will do the tags first, but perhaps in 8
months we conclude that you can do them...
