I didn't look deep at the code yet, but it all looks GTK+ish. But
anyways, if that all should make sense, it needs to be an object
derivated from GtkComboBox. I can't compile the test code, since OPAL
burps here on Ekiga build (IAX2 trueble from yesterday?), but I'll try
to make a standalone test program.
