How to fix incorrectly framed headers in Vorbis files

Greetings.

The latest version of GStreamer no longer plays about 500 of
my Ogg Vorbis files, which I had edited with EasyTAG between November
2010 and January 2011. (See
<https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=784530>.) According to
ogginfo, all the offending files have the following problem:

WARNING: Vorbis stream 1 does not have headers correctly framed.
Terminal header page contains additional packets or has non-zero
granulepos

I suspect that EasyTAG was to blame here, as I'm sure the files were
encoded properly to begin with (using oggenc) and the files weren't
edited with any other application. For example, I've got directories
of several songs encoded at the same time, and only those files that
were later edited with EasyTAG exhibit the corruption.

I also suspect that the problem in EasyTAG was long ago fixed, since
none of my Vorbis files modified after January 2011 are corrupted in
this way.

Maybe others on this list had the same problem -- if so, can anyone
advise me how I can fix these files short of re-encoding them?

Regards,
Tristan
