Thanks for the reminder. I quickly investigated the DSF format again, 
and found that dsf2flac has an implementation of reading the metadata 
from a DSF container:

Do you know of any sample files for testing? If so, please add them to 
the bug:

I am not sure when I will get round to adding DSF support, but it looks 
quite simple.
