This is a repeat as my last reply was bounced. Please forgive if it has now reached you.
Hi dinkypumpkin and many thanks. What prompted my question was the earlier thread on
the Open Country Radio 4 archives. I couldn't see Open Country archived files in any "type"
categories although these files were clearly available using website. Am I mistaken? Sorry
if I didn't make myself clear.
I had been hoping that all BBC material available on line would be
discoverable and downloadable using simple command line. I guess not and that the
thread on recording archived programmes has the answer.
If I use --pid-recursive how do I find the pid of the "series?" Is that the pid of the most
recent programme which does appear in the list if I use --type radio or do I have to use the
link from the browser like in get_flash_videos?
Thanks again,
Alastair
