I used oggenc to generate ogg audio file. When i try to save ID3 info,

Thanks, Tom
Please answer these few questions:

1. which version of libvorbis are you using?
2. does oggenc give any error while encoding?

ps: ogg tags are known as "vorbis comment", id3 are used for mp3s mainly.

libvorbis 1.3.2
no error
not sure what "vorbis comment" means. Does easytag differentiate steps for
saving ogg files, or is the form the same?
Tom
No Easytag does not differentiate steps for saving vorbis comments, or id3 tags.

Maybe if you can upload one troublesome file on a file hosting site,
someone on the list can see what the problem is.

File is at: http://www.ibiblio.org/studioforrecording/media/Open_Studios_theme.ogg

If someone could check what needs to be done to tag this file with easytag, I'd appreciate the help.
Tom
