Hi

I updated the easytag 1.99.11 zip at http://bubbleguuum.free.fr/easytag/ 
to fix 2 major bugs

- scan masks were not working at all (%a was giving something like 
"c:\toto\titi\yop").
- disabled ogg tag writing because it corrupt files.  (Previously it was 
crashing preventing writing of ogg tag, so hopefully nobody lost any files!)
