I'm using RH 7.3, and have read the INSTALL file, and my ldconfig is
exactly as shown.
When I attempt to compile 0.28, I get the following error;

As per the INSTALL file;

libid3.so (libc6) => /usr/lib/libid3.so

any ideas?
