easytag kicks ass
still, as for me, it lacks one minor feature 
which is the ability to set characters conversion
for filenames and tags separetaly

for example when creating filenames from tags 
the conversion of spaces to undersore and removal of some letters is
usually the right thing
but it doeas not work the other way - the underscores in tags are for no
use
