Problems under Karmic (9.10) 64 bit

Using Drivel from Karmic repo. Trying to connect to Blogger Atom/Blogger
2.0 I get message:

Communication Error

There was a problem receiving information from the server.  Please try
again later.

If I try Blogger 1.0 Drivel will segfault. Any ideas?
