Blogger 2.0 not working?

Hi all,
I recently set up an account at Blogger.com and am trying to post and
edit using Drivel.

Everything works fine with the "Blogger 1.0" account type, except that
there is no way to edit post titles (I see that this issue is addressed
in the FAQ).  So I am trying to use the "Atom / Blogger 2.0" account
type instead.  However, the login fails.  It seems that the server URL,
http://www.blogger.com/atom , is not working.  Is there a different URL
that I should be using, or has this service been discontinued, or
what???

I couldn't come up with any recent information by googling it.  Please
let me know of any advice to get Drivel working fully with Blogger.
