Revised patch from #88150

OK, I updated the BuildRequire lines.

The following is the instruction:
# svn co http://svn.gnome.org/svn/dogtail/trunk dogtail
# cd dogtail
# patch -p1 < /packages/patch/dogtail-xx-i18n-ui.diff
# cd ..
# mv dogtail dogtail-0.6.2
# tar cfvz dogtail-0.6.2.tar.gz dogtail-0.6.2
# mv dogtail-0.6.2.tar.gz /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/.
# rpmbuild -bb dogtail-0.6.2/dogtail.spec
