sniff and dogtail-recorder are depending on GNOME libraries.

This dependency is not really needed, they are just providing some icons and
program name. 

Attached patch removes those (replacing icons with gtk stock ones) and allow
dogtail to be use on gtk but not GNOME env like maemo.
