Feedback on users/evince/3.24/shortcuts.page

I am using evince 3.18, and the advice about "Create your own custom
shortcuts" seems no longer to work. It is well out of date anyway, as
it mentions gconf-editor rather than dconf-editor. Could the advice
either be updated, or failing that, removed; as it stands, it's just
rather frustrating, as it doesn't work!
