Information about Quicken being odd about importing: where we can get ahead

Basically, Quicken only imports the QFX files from companies that have 
paid it the amount of money it wants on each platform.  Since there's 
not really a structural difference, once we get QFX importing going, we 
don't have this problem.  Hooray!
