GNOME Settings 42 changing app-id

Greetings

There's an upcoming gnome-control-center change that I think distributors

need to be aware of. Settings suffered from inconsistent app-id all around

(icon used org.gnome.Settings; app-id was org.gnome.ControlCenter; many

files were gnome-control-center; etc)

We're fixing this for GNOME 42:

This the merge request above, everything is renamed to org.gnome.Settings.

However, there is an unfortunate side-effect: the D-Bus name is also changing

to org.gnome.Settings.

Applications that use D-Bus to talk to Settings need to adapt to this change.
