Kernel rfkill interface changes in 5.11 requiring userspace fixes



Hi,

as this appears to be causing issues, just a heads up that Linux 5.11
extended the rfkill interface. Unfortunately plenty of applications
were not implementing the API as expected and needed to be updated.

In particular:
 * gnome-settings-daemon needs
   https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-settings-daemon/-/merge_requests/232
 * bluetoothd needs
   https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/bluetooth/patch/20210503131210 90066-1-benjamin sipsolutions net/

Please make sure that corresponding fixes are applied before updating
the kernel version.

There are some follow up fixes in gnome-settings-daemon, but I believe
that these should not be needed as g-s-d ships an old copy of rfkill.h:
