Changes in GdkPixbuf's development branch

Hi all;

I have merged a couple of changes in GdkPixbuf's development branch that will have an impact on distributors once version 2.41.0 is released:

 - the `docs` configuration option has been deprecated, in favour of a newly introduced `gtk_doc` option. I plan on supporting both for 2.42, and drop `docs` in the next cycle.

 - the JPEG2000 pixbuf loader using libjasper has been removed; it was disabled by default, and libjasper is not really maintained. A replacement loader, based on OpenJPEG, is available at: https://notabug.org/necklace/jp2-pixbuf-loader

This is on top of the change from last November, when gdk-pixbuf-xlib was split off from gdk-pixbuf:
