Fix backported for desktop freezing after ~50 days idle

Hi distributors,

Thanks to Jonas Ådahl a fix in mutter 3.34 [1] for a desktop freeze that occurs after about 50 days of not being interacted with, has been backported to mutter 3.28, 3.30, and 3.32 stable branches. (Xserver timestamps wrap around at 2^32 ms, or about 50 days.) Since in these days of working from home and ssh'ing in to office machines, it seems likely that more people than usual might be hitting this bug, so you might want to consider patching past releases. (I was helping a friend debug something that might have been this.)
