Hello,
To use extensions.gnome.org under Firefox ≥52 either use the GNOME
software support, or package chrome-gnome-shell. This as Firefox is
dropping its NPAPI support as of that version. An exception is made for
the ESR build, but recommend not to rely on it any longer.
