Yr.no API change affects all libgweather users

Hi everyone

As reported in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=736334, yr.no, which is the primary online service used by libgweather (and by extension, gnome-weather, the evolution weather calendar and gnome-panel), has changed API in an incompatible way.

Current master of libgweather has been updated, and the fix backported to 3.12 (but not released yet).
If your distribution includes an older version of libgweather, you might consider backporting the patch, it should apply cleanly in all version that include an yr.no backend.
