Broken gtkmm in GNOME 3.11.4

Hi everyone,
due to missing tarball, GNOME 3.11.4 officially includes a gtkmm release that fails to build against other modules included in 3.11.4.
If you need features and/or applications related to gtkmm in GNOME 3.11.4, please refer to gtkmm code currently available on git master.
We hope to fix issue in next development release.
