Right, however latest glade 3.7.3 is available still under the
old name 'glade3' at http://download.gnome.org/sources/glade3/3.7/

Glade 3.8 will be released at the same time as Glade 3.10 and they
will be parallel installable.

Glade 3.8 depends on GTK+ 2.24 and offers a different featureset
than Glade 3.10 which will support only GTK+ 3.0 and forward.
