Pango patch for distributions

Hi,

Both Firefox and Evolution recently hit this bug:

I'd like to ask distributions to pick up the patch for their supported
distros.  It's in pango 1.18.1+, and should apply cleanly to pango
1.16.x and 1.14.x inside pango/pango/harfbuzz.  Older versions need a
bit porting as I renamed files/API in that directory.
