Dia paper sizes

Hi,

 

Since there is no way to do custom paper sizes, do you think you could expand the choices? In particular, standard business card sizes (and not just USA sizes please) would be great, since you need these to send artwork to commercial card printing services that can be printed directly by them without getting a graphic artist to manipulate it. It looks trivial to do in paper.c, just add a few more definition lines.
