Re: Dia webpage, Firefox, and embedded SVG

Greetings, Javier Mora!

So I was browsing http://projects.gnome.org/dia/python.html and got a
message about a "missing (SVG) plugin":
     http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/6884/pantallazodiapythonplug.png
so I had a look at the page source code:
     http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/5171/diasourcecode.png
in other words, trying to make the page compatible with an old,
uncompliant browser makes it fail with Firefox 11. To top this, I'm
suggested to "change" to Firefox. Could someone please fix this? (Or
is it just my browser, and the page works ok for someone else?)

This is, actually, a bug in Firefox, from the look of the page code.
<embed> tag is a valid way of embedding non-textual data. You can view <img>
as a specific case of <embed>.
Works fine with IE8 and Opera here. Even with plugins disabled in both of
them.
