Updated gradient shapes

Hi,

updated gradient shapes are available. Shapes without box can be colored
now using the fill color.
Thanks to Chia-Ling Liu for the hint! Note that if you've installed the
shapes before and you're using
Diashapes to update them, you'll have to delete and install them first.
You're right, it's time to improve Diashapes in this respect......
