Running W7 64bit all OK for months now. Don't even think about Vista if 7 is an option.

Currently there's only a 32bit version of Dia for Windows available. But
this version has been tested successfully on Windows 7 64bit - so you
don't have to worry about 32bit or 64bit Windows - Dia will run on both
of them.
On Linux, you'll find 32bit and 64bit versions of Dia. And in the
future, there should also be 64bit versions of Dia running on Windows.
