I just had a look at

At the top level of the zip file, there is no "gtk" folder - maybe
your zip software adds this automatically?

Don't erase the folder or files. Just combine all the things in c:\gtk.

In your Visual Studio installation, look for a file called
vcvars32.bat and compare it with diadev.bat
If you can't fix the PATH problem yourself,  you can also send me the
file and I'll ceate an updated diadev.bat for you.
