diashapes and authentication proxies

Hello,

I installed diashape but I only get a error message, that it can not 
download the sheets.xml.  This probably because I can access the 
internet only through a proxy that asks for username and password.
Would it please be possible to change diashape the way that it asks for 
username and password when it encounters a proxy ?
