wmf with libemf on debian, that's possible!

for those who are interested, there are pending libemf packages in
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/l/libemf/

However, regarding

This will not compile on all architectures, and
debian/copyright is uncomplete.

libemf is the dependency required for .wmf (Windows Metafont) on Dia.
