Instructions for getting the latest developer version

Hi,

On http://live.gnome.org/Dia/Developers under the Developing heading
the text could do with updating:

 - The CVS instructions don't work at all; I think anoncvs.gnome.org
 no longer exists, in which case these instructions can be removed.
 
 - The quick overview of getting Dia through with the 'svn' command
 would help, i.e. the equivalent of the current CVS instructions.
 
 - I've been warned off the automatically generated snapshot files
 as these aren't sufficiently up-to-date to report bugs against. A
 note to this effect would avoid any repeat of this.

On the last point, up-to-date snapshots files would be useful: 
they're simpler to download whereas svn is tricky to get to work
behind a proxy (i.e. I can only get the snapshots).
