Fixed height and width on shape

Hallo everybody!

I am struggling with a new UML2.0 Shape (the component [1]) but I can't
find any solution to keep the little "symbol" in the top right corner
allways in the same size while the box around can be resize.

I found some shapes with the same properties I want (like on the "Small
Package" in the UML-shapeset, the top right box doesnt resize but the
rest do). I watched the sourcecode and landed on the small_package.c file.

My question is: Is there a "XML-way" to specify parts of the shape to be
fixed while other parts are resizable or do I need to write a whole new
c-file?
