There are no pre-built binaries yet, so you'd have to compile it
yourself.  One Jeremy recently went through this task, but hasn't put
any binaries up that I can tell.  You can try emailing him at
dia installer jeremy smallinfinity net   The bugs 391976, 391973 and
391965 detail the problems he ran into during compile.
