error starting up diaw.exe

Hi,
I tried to install DIA for windows in a WinXP SP2 and I run diaw.exe but i got this error
AppName: diaw.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: libcairo-2.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0002359a
I install first the GTK+ 2.8 and then dia setup (dia-setup-0.95-1.zip and dia-setup-0.96-pre5.zip too).
