Security Update: Dia for Windows 0.96.1-5 release

Hello All,

I've just uploaded a new Dia for Windows Installer:

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/dia-installer/dia-setup-0.96.1-5.exe

This version includes a security update for the freetype dll, so
upgrading is strongly
recommended.

In addition a problem with gtkrc is fixed.
And you should only be able to install the Python plug-in if Python
2.2 is installed
on your system.

Please let me know if these updates work out for you.

Right now, the link on http://dia-installer.de is not updated yet.
Given some positive
feedback regarding the new installer, I shall update the link.
