Dia for Windows 0.96.1-7 release

Hi,

I've packaged another version of Dia for Windows (0.96.1-7).

The version is available from

http://dia-installer.de

The "direct" download link is

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/dia-installer/dia-setup-0.96.1-7.exe

Nothing has changed in this release except the included freetype DLL.
Now it's freetype 2.3.5 from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net.
It includes a fix for the security issue CVE-2007-2754:

Because of this, upgrading is strongly recommended.
