missing file for Dia

Hello,

          I downloaded Dia, the install seemed OK  but when I opened the file I get the error  This application failed to start because " libgtk-win32-2.0-0.dll  was not found.

          Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

          I uninstalled the program and downloaded it again, but still get the same error message.

 

          How can I resolve this problem and get Dia  up and running?
