I'm not familiar with Feynman diagrams. I just had a look at

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feynman_diagram

While Dia does not provide special shapes for such diagrams (yet),
there should be nothing
that prevents you from drawing such diagrams in Dia. Is there any
special functionality or
shape you are looking for? The "sine-wave" part can be drawn using
Bezier lines (you'll
have to add some segments).
