Hi Eric,
you are right, this "Data source" shape is missing from the current dia version.
I've created such a shape. You can download it from
http://sdteffen.de/dia/datasource-shape.zip
The zip file also contains a README.txt with installation instructions.
I've also committed this shape to the CVS repository. It will be
included in the next
Dia release (Flowchart sheet).
