Problems with Windows 98 Installation

Hello all!  I apologize if this is a repeat, I wasn't sure if my original message went through.  Here is the original text:

 

I have been trying to install Dia 0.94 on my Windows 98 machine at work.  It's given me a lot of errors:

What does this all mean?  It looks like I'm missing a font, but that's the only thing I recognize.
