DIA UML code change

Hi,

I've made a trivial change to the UML properties dialog which I'd like to see checked into the main stream of DIA.

Essentially it allows you to specify a `property accessor` {get/set or get & set} to a UML->class->attribute via it's properties dialog.

Can you help with as I'm not familiar at all with the process?
