Active Development for DIA

Hello all,

I figure this is probably an old question, but, is DIA still being
actively developed ?

I mean, it seems to have stalled out @ 0.94

... I'll pull a copy of the current CVS stuff, and see if there's
anything I can do to help, but I figured it was easiest to ask first.
